Amazon sellers generate enormous amounts of operational data — sales trends, ad performance, inventory levels, customer feedback — but acting on it requires stitching together reports from Seller Central, Advertising Console, and third-party tools.

How We Use Amazon APIs

AmzInsight is developed by a registered Amazon Advertising API partner to provide authorized, compliant data access

Amazon SP-API

We use SP-API to retrieve seller-authorized reports on an automated schedule: sales and traffic data, order history, FBA inventory snapshots, and settlement reports. Data is fetched, parsed, and stored in our internal database for analysis.

  • OAuth 2.0 authorization flow per seller account
  • Report requests follow Amazon's rate limits and best practices
  • Raw report files archived to S3 for auditability

Amazon Advertising API

We use the Advertising API to pull campaign performance metrics, keyword data, and targeting reports for Sponsored Products. This powers our bid optimization engine and keyword opportunity analysis.

  • Access scoped to advertiser profiles authorized by the account holder
  • Data used exclusively for internal campaign optimization
  • No ad data shared with any third party
